It was quite the journey to find the whales today, with our two open boats Cascadia and Keta travelling up to the sunshine coast after their initial search took them south. It was worth it though, to find one of our favourite pods: the T049As (-A2)!

T049A2 Jude and T049C Nielson were spotted travelling north in Stuart Channel. The orcas swam at ease through the water, occasionally diving down before resurfacing. Seeing the orcas in their natural habitat was a humbling and unforgettable experience for all our guests
