On a calm, sunny day in the Strait of Georgia, our three boats each encountered different groups of humpback whales, including Galaxia, Callisto, Squirrel, Grizzly, Kraken, and Crevasse, along with an exciting mix of pinnipeds and seabirds at the White Islets and Gabriola Bluffs.

On today’s tour, we encountered a playful young humpback named Coyote, followed by views of the T065Bs cruising calmly through Northumberland Channel, and ended the trip with a dramatic sighting of a Bald Eagle feeding on a cormorant along the Gabriola Bluffs.
