We headed out on the Salish Sea searching in the rain for whales, and found Scuba and Harpy the humpbacks travelling together and later a pod of transient orca, the T099s!

Two different groups of humpbacks were spotted: Lorax, Two Spot, and Moray were associating in the middle of the Strait, and Big Mama, Scuba, Pepper, Crackle, and 1 Unknown were meandering near Sechelt! We also had a surprise encounter with the T002Cs near Entrance Island!

We were lucky enough to find the T077s again for the afternoon and spent time with them moving up the Valdes Island shoreline. We also saw humpback whales Smiley, Windy, Snoopy, and a still unknown cow-calf pair!

Another Double Species Trip! We were lucky enough to see a T-party in the Strait consisting of the T034s, T036s, T037s, and T087! We also saw four humpback whales on the way home, Slits and her 2024 calf, Arial, and one still currently unknown.
