October 12, 2024 - Humpbacks galore, a mismatch of orca... and a Sea otter?!

We ended up spotting a total of 12 humpback whales across our three vessels today as well as an uncommon group of orca - the T030Bs and T117Bs - travelling together in Trincomali Channel. In addition to our whales, we had a rare sighting of a Sea Otter spending time in Dodd Narrows, an amazing encounter to end this day!
