Read MoreWe had an unforgettable day on the Salish Sea! Early in the trip, we encountered two humpback whales: Moraine and Specter. Later, we found the T046B1s and T046C2, a pair of Bigg’s killer whale families (and cousins!) traveling together through Stuart Channel.
Read MoreDuring a whale-watching tour near Nanaimo, guests were treated to sightings of two well-known orca brothers, Noah and Jude, who have been frequenting the area, followed by an exciting encounter with a hunting pod of transient orcas near a Harbour Seal haul-out. The trip concluded with a stop at Gabriola Bluffs, where the group spotted nesting birds, including a newly hatched bald eagle chick, rounding out a day full of memorable wildlife experiences.
